Returns & Refunds – FAQs
🕒 How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
📦 What can I return?
Only items that arrive damaged or faulty are eligible for return. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 14 days of delivery.
❌ Can I return something if I change my mind?
We’re a small business, so unfortunately we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
💳 Can I get a refund?
Yes — if your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll either:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a full refund if the item is out of stock
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
🧾 How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at customer.service@aussiesummerdesigns.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
🔁 Can I exchange an item?
We only offer exchanges if the item is damaged or defective. No exchanges for change of mind.
🎁 What about gift cards included in the box?
Some boxes include third-party gift cards (e.g., Coles, Woolworths, Bunnings). These are:
- Purchased from major retailers (Big W, Coles)
- Delivered with a photo of the packaged box
- Include a copy of the activation receipt
Important: These cards are issued by The Card Network, not Aussie Summer Designs. We can’t offer refunds, replacements, or support for balance issues, lost or expired cards.
⛔ Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before it’s processed or shipped. After shipping, cancellations aren't possible — especially for gift cards or custom items.
